Our Santee Golf Vacation

We’re headed off to Santee, South Carolina, to try some new-to-us golf courses and just take some time off from working and kick back for a while. We’ve heard there’s some awesome golf to be had at the Santee National Golf Club, Lake Marion Golf Club, and the Santee Cooper Country Club. In addition to those, there are 10 other courses within 20 miles! To sweeten the deal we’re getting a good rate on our Santee golf accommodations at Clark’s Inn and Restaurant.


Our plan is to play a different course every day and when we’re done we’ll have a drink in their English-style pub and then a relaxing dinner in their restaurant. They seem to have all the bases covered! I’m sure we’d never find any better Santee golf accommodations in the area. I speak from experience because it’s where I’ve always stayed.


The restaurant offers a full menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoy a delicious Southern meal from a variety of menu items to please even the most discerning of tastes.

Their room accommodations include fully furnished guest rooms with either double or king sized beds and, frankly, are even more comfortable than staying at home. For longer stays, they also have luxury extended stay suites. The beautiful room furnishings, full kitchens, washer/dryer and either 1 or 2 bedrooms, with separate living room areas, make this better than anywhere else we could be staying, by a long shot.
